Team Laos #redspokes recreated 2 years after....

... we toured Laos. This was my first proper ride for some time and .... it hurt... at 35 it started to seem hard work, at 45 it started to hurt and by 52 miles I was cooked. Tracy, in pink, totally kicked my ass in those last 7 miles, good job Tracy !
