Coffee by the sea

The best way to start the week, especially when it seems that summer may be on the way.

I've been lazy about exercising of late, continual rain is a good excuse not to go out and as a result have felt myself becoming depressed. So a sunny morning walk to the cafe and a coffee while watching the sun dancing on the sea and listening to the waves crash on the shingle was just what I needed for first thing Monday morning.

I'm not 100% happy with the depth of field in this photo. I think I could have made it deeper or even focussed on the sea rather than the coffee.
