Glow in the dark

It's a bit of his and hers today. This afternoon Mr PB went to the velodrome, but I don't have any pictures of that, yet! 

This evening I, along with 4 colleagues, took part in the Air Ambulance Glow in the Dark 5k run/walk. It was good fun, but I didn't expect to get soaked with bubbles at the start. That just made me a little chilly
