Worth A Few Words

Made a promise to myself at 8am today that despite whatever today brought, I would leave my desk for an hour at some point. I kept that pledge and during my absence there was not a run on the pound, interest rates did not rise, war was not declared nor did we get a new series of Celebrity Big Brother.
