DESCRIPTION OF EVIDENCE:
Alt-Shift-Ctrl-V / Apple-Option-Shift-V | Paste in Front

This is not a found object. I don't want to restrict myself to just documenting pre-existing items that are readily available for evidence recovery because I do like to get in touch with my artsy crafty side whenever I have time to spare. I can't draw a person to save my life, but I can draw a handful of inanimate objects of minimal detail or realism, such as a crutch. Note, I said crutch, and not crutches.

I only drew one crutch because I am not in so much pain that I need both left and the right-side support. My muscles aren't not about to give up, but they are exremely sore. So much so that I do a hop+leap maneuver to go down a flight of steps like a leprecon with a wedgie. I pushed myself really hard at Tuesday's cardio kickboxing class, and then Wednesday was the same routine. No pain, no gain. Pain is love.

Paste in Front is an InDesign shortcut I constantly have trouble remembering because it is not the same as the Illustrator shortcut of Ctrl+F. Every time I try to rely on my muscle memory to paste in front in ID, the Find palette pops up. So, I am hoping this piece of evidence in question will sort of be like my mental crutch.

My hope is to include a few more handmade items in the near future.

Oh, and how could I forget - mad props to Hemlock!!!

TYPE OF OFFENSE: Infliction of excruciating pain
SUSPECT: CKB instructor with her weapons of muscle tissue destruction - don't worrry, I still heart you, Alison! :) superman burpies, on the other hand...
