Day trip to Lago Comabbio

We took the bikes out for (what turned out to be) a 25 k ride around one of the lakes near to our house. It was a gorgeous day, warm but not too hot and we took a picnic, with oscar carrying his own favourite pasta and pesto the whole way! This is where we finally stopped for lunch at the top of a hill i nearly died cycling up. It was a wonderful meadow that niall had great fun running around in until he somehow managed to fall over on top of a flower head that got stuck in his eye - bizarre!
