Stages of unfolding of a Stellatta Magnolia.

I went out in the cold and drizzle hoping to capture some daffodils I had seen a few days ago, growing in a field beside an old Maple tree.
All the rain had made the field quite muddy, so I will go back there another time.
I decided instead to photo this lovely pure white magnolia, because it was really cold and damp by then. I admire white flowers, Gardenias and Jasmine are so delicate and fragrant.
I hope the weather is better where you are and just now the sun is trying to shine through.
