Pretty neat

Sometimes we pray silly prayers but thankfully, God knows what to do with them.

I had a lot of work, but I also needed to rush into town to buy a promised SIM card for MightyMouse and a text book urgently for Dot.T. I prayed that time might slow down and that if I rushed, I could squeeze it in in 15 minutes.

It was a quick trip - short queues. :-)

Mowing the lawn for the first time this year was hard work. My neighbour was laughing at the noises I made as I tried to push the mower through long wet-underneath grass.

And a Street Party Meeting this evening. There seems to be fewer of us nowadays - we’ve got a Big Get Together in June.
