Tiny frills

At the moment I'm seeing these tulips every day with their tiny little frills at the top of the petals.  I've not seen that before.

My extra is also of something fairly tiny in the form of Perdie who has cheekily taken over Archie's ring and runs round the garden with it in her mouth teasing him - he's such a patient boy!
