Camellia

After a rather damp start the weather turned bright and sunny but a bit wild and windy.

The parks are still very muddy with plenty of standing water so the dogs and I had to keep to the paths.

After putting the dogs back into the house I stopped to take a photo of Moira's camellia. To get a photo of the flower against the sky I had to kneel on the path and twist myself round .... glad no one was passing!

Patchwork class starts tonight so it's an early tea before picking up my buddy. My quilt has lain, untouched, over the back of the couch for a fortnight ... looking after Togbe and being through in Elie I just haven't had time to thread a needle :-(
