Halfway there

Mostly it has been okay being back in work. The reason for this being that pretty much all of my managers are out of the country just now.

I use the plural appropriately, because this is one of those projects where managers seem to multiply with the speed of a flesh eating bacteria. Manager A will look at the many strands to be dealt with and decide that it is far too much and bring in manager B. It will settle for a little while before they decide it is still too much, and up will rock up C and D.

At the last count I was reporting to 5 people, all of whom feel I work exclusively for them.

Enough of that though. Analysts B and C are joining soon, and I have another project to escape to.
