Recycling

I donated my PET bottle tops today. It always helps when the collecting point is cute! The money raised from recycling them goes to providing vaccines for children. The number of bottle caps required are:

CG (tuberculosis) vaccine ⇒ Approximately ¥7/approximately 190 caps
DPT (diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus) vaccine ⇒ Approximately ¥9/approximately 240 caps
Polio vaccine ⇒ Approximately ¥20/approximately 530 caps
Measles vaccine ⇒ Approximately ¥95/approximately 2,530 caps
MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine ⇒ Approximately ¥114/approximately 3,040 caps

It’s s great scheme and helps to save the planet too.
