A short walk...

that ended in a very nasty spasm in my back!   I headed to Baddeck to have a massage with Rae, she is working on my new knee and is doing a great job.  but of course now we have to consider the stupid back issues!!!   my short walk was pleasant and it felt quite good to be out moving...but as soon as i got out of the car at the appointment, i could hardly walk!!!   She is wonderful, and did some laser work on my back and it helped.   i was hoping to head back into the studio tomorrow, but i have rethunk that idea!

we're off to Tom's Pizza for dinner....small pleasures at this point are amazing!!!
