Surplus to requirements

Partly to take my mind off the ongoing problems with the music group's hosting provider, I was up and early to tackle a major clearout in the back bedroom and to get several loads of washing done because of the fine weather.

Lots of old-fashioned clothes were unceremoniously dumped and added to today's garbage collection – a course of action which obviously wasn't available to whoever dumped this TV with its broken screen in a laneway beside the dry cleaners I left not-so-out-of-fashion clothes into (goodness, but that's a complicated sentence!).
