Perfect pork roast!

Our dear friend Jan is moving house soon. So he invited a few friends (us, too!) over for a "house cooling" dinner. This is his creation and I can honestly say it tasted as good as it looks.

What can I say... A lovely evening and I look forward to the "house warming" dinner in his new place!
