Today's Blip Solved A Problem

This really odd sculpture is situated at the end of the Kudamm at Rathenauplatz.Like most works it has a story and again,as is often the case , a controversial one . Seen many a time I decided to blip it . Just as on 2017:01:14 I'd blipped another oddity .here     Both works caused uproar.  My 2017 blip which originally was on the Kudamm  got relocated to Kreuzberg  way back but the above has remained in place.
