Happy as a Pig in mud

Nice early walkies to avoid the heat. As you see, Piggy found her own way to keep cool by wading through the stream. Dave isn't such a swamp monster preferring to jump over. Storm had a paddle too up to his shoulders. Emily was actually friendly to the other dogs we met. Amazing what a bit of sunshine does.

My friend and I had a pleasant morning at Michelham Priory. The tulips are looking good (see extras). We decided to move on to the Tea Gardens for lunch. Dare I say it it was too hot to sit in the full sun to eat outside. We found a table in the shade fortunately.

After a rest I mowed the lawn for the second time this week. It's grown more in 4 days than 4 months.
