Slacklining

So today’s challenge was slacklining. For our outdoor learning session we walked to College Field where 3 lines were set up between the trees. The children took it in turns to walk along the rope. They had a absolute ball and by the end of the session, a few of them could take 5 or 6 steps without assistance. This afternoon we were adding fractions outside. We gave the children cards with questions on. They had to answer the questions and then find the answers which had been hidden around the outdoor classroom. Great day.
