Toft sheeps keeping cool in the shade today.

Made it into work and survived the day, even a very short amble at lunch but any more would definitely have been pushing it.  Looking forward to being back to full strength tomorrow.  And for a change, I was ill during the week and not of a weekend!  Thanks to everyone for the best wishes.
