Thursday

The last Thursday at S ansd K's with just Lewis. Next time I will see them there will be a baby.
Lewis was enjoying the sun today when I arrived.

Today I have really struggled, I feel it was the first time where my head was not at work at all. I can normally divide the two and get on with work. I didn't give Lewis my full attention as normal tonight and now I feel so guilty and upset.
I am starting to realise that life is going to be like this and there is no 100% recovery.
