Embracing Legacy

This afternoon 100 shares Tampa Bay awarded a. $50,000 grant to one of our finalists embracing legacies at our annual luncheon. It’s so much fun to partner with like minded generous women to help faith based ministries make significant differences in our community. The smiles of these leaders from embracing legacy shows their joy and passion. Their goal is to reach 1000 at risk children a week through their programs; band, choir, robotics, art, leadership and scholastic evaluation. The program encompasses children from ages 2 to 17. The founding pastor believed that if you put a trumpet in a child’s hand before another puts a gun in it, you will save two lives. So very grateful for this man’s vision and all of the people that support and work through this ministry.
