Beautiful Day

After the long winter today was wonderful - sunny blue skies and a terrific sunset.   After breakfast A and I headed down to the beach and walked around Redrocks - its very rare to meet anyone on this rocky walk but we did have one unexpected encounter - see extra.   Photo is a bit of minimalism which sums up the experience nicely.

In the evening I did my first row of the year - with the intermediate group.     Beautiful evening row out to the Lamb and back via Fidra.   Stunning sunset and a hard workout to end a perfect day.
