My mum bought this plate many years ago, when I was about 10. It was from one of the big furniture shops in Leicester. She bought a vase with it but that got broken when they moved house. I found it a few weeks ago when I was looking for something else (as you do). The paint was all peeling off. I took a photo of it before cleaning it up and painting it with a white undercoat. I've re-painted it as near as I could to the original colours. I'm quite pleased with it. It's quite big (about 15 inches across).
