An Impression of Hard Work and Dedication

Today we have finally completed the decorating of the interior of our house, it’s taken two and a half years to paint every room, which has also involved having all the ceilings re-plastered, converting the garage to a double bedroom/en-suite, refitting the kitchen, moving an internal door, replacing the rest of the internal doors, some electrical work (never enough sockets!), re-roofing and repairing the summerhouse exterior, new carpets and flooring fitted and having the conservatory plastered.
 
This is my husband’s sweatshirt which has been worn during most of the painting, and fits the brief of Abstract Thursday, which is ‘Impressionist’, it’s definitely an impression of a lot of work.
 
Well done M, a grand job indeed!
 
Now this is complete, we are having a week off, then start on the garden.
