The 22-foot high Sesquicentennial Totem celebrating Canada’s 150th anniversary in 2017. The totem was commissioned by the City of Duncan, with funding from the federal Celebration & Commemorative Program-Canada 150 Fund, and carved by Tommy Hunt Jr. from the Kwakwaka’wakw First Nation.
