Wind, cold and bad traffic

The transportation was a mess. I just wait for december when the traffic will go back to normal. I walked a bit looking around to the desperate people looking thru the windows for the next replacement bus. I thought it will be a long time I'm gonna stay there. Lucky me, Philippa answered.
