The Unamusing Amusement Arcade

I walk past this amusement arcade in the Strand almost every day on my way to work . It's been there for quite a few years, which surprises me, it seems like an odd place to have an amusement arcade. I wonder who actually goes in there? I actually find it a little sinister, quite creepy and can imagine some rather unsavoury characters going in there!
