The rainbow

A wonderful, colourful rainbow in the evening.I have not seen many rainbows this April although we have had a few moments of sunshine and showers.This one was very bright and stretched across the whole sky.A double one was visible for a while.
We had a nice drive round the loop through Cromarty in the sunshine. A lovely yacht with white sails was sailing past the Sutors. There was a piece about Cromarty on the news yesterday talking about the large number of rigs in the bay at the moment. Must admit there are quite a few and a big orange one by the harbour but I do not really mind them.I think some people , especially visitors, think they are drilling for oil there but they are just in for repair or storage for now and look quite pretty when lit up at night.
