Hot hot again today spent a couple of hours down the beach with Keith him tanning up and me read and trying to finish my book club book which was the help and really enjoyed it

As we left Rocky at home as was a bit to hot for him

But in the evening we went to Hastings for fish and chips and ate them looking out to sea

This chap came to say hello just before we left. I don't know what he is called but we call all seagulls Steve lol

And finished the evening with a family stroll along the prom very nice
