Aonach Beag

Up early and out the door to get the best of the good weather. Sharon, Simon, Colin and myself went back over the wire bridge and headed up the the glen to tackle the Aonachs. We made good progresss up Aonach Beag, looking back to get fabulous views over the Mamores and Grey Corries before heading onto the summit of Aonach Mor. It was then down to the bealach between it and Carn Mor Dearg as the weather started to close in. As it was it wasn't as bad as we first feared as we saw it come in from the North. If anybody is still looking for the CIC hut roof, part of it is in that glen.

Got back to the hut for tea and cake before a big meal and a good drink. Cracking day all round.
