Week 15: Day 4

The 6-8 week renovations have now reached week 15, and are still "ongoing".  "ongoing" is in quotation marks because this seems to mean a few hours a week, whenever the building team fancy - with no notice.  The main work is all completed, but there is considerable snagging to do to all parts of the renovation - the floor needs remedial work, the units have some trim missing, there is plaster on the windows and grout smudged all over the wet room .... sigh - and today the tumble drier broke - so the very smart new radiators have found a good use as jean's dryers.
