Hot hot hot

Thai Chi on the hottest day so far this year!! It was very interesting and so much to learn its going to take years my head was crammed to the full. Mixed up heels and toes and right and left. Lol.
I went to different cafe nearby for some late lunch and bathed the breeze coming through the doorway.
Phew too hot for me in the heat 28c
