Heaven for the sucklers!

This morning the main part of our suckler herd was let out to grass, several weeks late - always an exciting time and bliss for the cows and their calves.

In the afternoon we visited our neighbours' garden to look at their anemones which have seeded themselves and are really beautiful.  The tulip too is very creamy.
