New Holland 7840 drilling beans...

Another lovely day so far although by mid afternoon things are beginning to haze over... Various jobs have been done about the garden, and our water feature has come out of hibernation and been set up on the patio...

But the real prize for me was seeing this tractor and drill busy taking advantage of the fine weather to drill some beans... The recent horrible wet weather has put some things back, the farmer told me that he's three weeks behind with these beans.

The tractor although not ancient is at least 20 years old, this model being produced between 1996 - 1998.
