Hectic!

It's been all go since we got home, so much to do inside, but feeling I have to make the most of the good weather too.  The outside won, and I spent the morning planting onions and garlic in the veg garden, along at the hens.  

The two Welsummers are now settled in and are laying an egg each most days.  Bonny the bantam is back living in the back garden.  She decided she would rather be a pet than one of the flock!  We don't mind, all three of us enjoy her company, her feathered feet don't do too much damage and I can net newly sown beds I want to keep her out of.

Spent the afternoon helping H rebuild a drystone wall which between them the goats and ponies have done their best to destroy!  Such a lovely afternoon that we went for a ride too.  

Nimbus is feeling her age and is no longer the "go-ey" pony she used to be.  Rides are much more leisurely affairs these days, but she still enjoys jumping.  Good to be back to the old routine!
