Green ...

... and blue!
Another lovely day which I wasn't really expecting, thought the sun would have disappeared for the weekend.

We started with a busy coffee morning at church (didn't people want to be in the sun?) and then we rushed off to meet
friends form the NE who,were making the most of themsun by spending a few days near Harrogate with their caravan.

We had a lovely lunch at The Travellers Rest and then sat out side to enjoy the antics of two Red Kites flying around. Took lots of pictures but they either blended into the trees or were too quick. Lovely to watch and see the details of,their feathers and how they use their forked tail feathers to steer their flight like a rudder.

Had a stroll over to the caravan park which was quite busy for the weekend and then back alongside the fields. I thought everything was at last starting to look green as you can see in this blip.

Lovely to see you both as always R and I. Hope it's not long till we do it again and I hope we don't have a long wait for more good weather.
