Food Festival.

Glorious weather this morning.H was finishing our daughters painting of her hallway.i walked down to the harbour front enjoyed listening to Porthleven town band.then to the marquee to see chefs Andy Worral Thompson and Jude Kereama who has Kota Restaurant in the village.Jude has appeared on BBC2 Great British Menu.they both had 45 minutes to create 13 dishes of seafood.Daphne Skinnard from local radio Cornwall was timing them.this afternoon with our daughter we went to Pool to return a tin of paint she did not use and exchanged it for bags of gravel for her garden.and picked up some plants for her pots.keeping busy is good for her at the moment after losing her husband seven ago.
