Daisies.  The garden is covered with them.  We enjoyed a lovely scenic drive back from Gaillac via Saint Antonin Noble Val and, after unpacking the 'van', we opened a bottle of Chateau Bournet.  This was one that we didn't try before buying.  Hhmmnn.  Very green apple, which is okay, but punched up with hints of lemon and lime and no sweetness to the finish, hhmmnn.  And acidic too.  Oh well, maybe it will work with seafood, we will just have to experiment a bit.
