Last night

Last night, quite unexpectedly (although there was a yellow alert), the weather changed dramatically. Torrential rain, hail, thunder and lightening and a vivid electric storm (bottom photo) at sea.

I couldn’t get good results on the iPhone, and have selected stills from a video. Not brilliant, but better than nothing.

I expect other blippers have featured the storm, just getting ready for beach walk, so haven’t checked.

Maybe tomorrow will back blip from Saturday’s brilliant day out in Victoria Country Park and around the river Hamble. Had no idea how attractive it is round there. Another fab day with brother and sister-in-law, who are now slight reassured that we do get some decent weather here.

The sun’s reappeared, but a degree or two down hopefully (not just for me, also for today’s London marathon, Southampton ½ marathon).
