Wagtail.

Thunder and lightening last night and a dull day but dry so far. Spotted this little bird by the river but hard to get a good photo as it kept flying off. While walking by the river I noticed that people have been down in the good weather and left loads of rubbish, cans, crisp packets, clothes, blankets they were sitting on.  This happens every year what a mess it makes me so mad. Rant over.
