Seil...
We woke up to snow!
A brisk walk down to the shore, at the end of our garden to look for crabs and shells. Bracing!
A slow drive into Oban through the snow, which gradually disappeared the closer we got.
A mooch about the shops (well, Waterstones) before heading up to celebrate the Auntie’s birthday with cake and presents.
By the time we got back to Seil Island in the late afternoon, the sun was beaming and the snow was away.
I spent most of the early evening watching the changing light on the water and hills, and trying to see any seals and wildlife.
I saw some geese, and a rabbit.
