Having a splash

A quick trip to Glasgow and I was surprised to find the sun shining so I went for a walk along the River Kelvin.Plenty to see including a dipper and this common merganser/ gossander .I was hoping to catch a glimpse of a kingfisher but no luck.I did spend some time watching a pair of grey wagtails though and a few grey squirrels balancing on the branches above the water.
