Brendan Basket

Created by Carole Hetzel out of stainless steel cable and walnut-stained reed with continuous spiral weave into the shape of a nuclear explosion. It represents the simultaneous release and containment of energy. "Brendan" is German for "Flame." Shown at the Lightcatcher Museum.
