Hospital emergency

Well here we go again this time another hospital were the emergency dentistry work out of. Our 8 yr old took a terrible toothache late afternoon and when I looked at his gum I could see an awful abscess. Gave him pain relief and waited until the emergency Dentistry opened 2 hours later. In the time between being seen, the abscess had ruptured so that was the worst part over. The pressure of it wanting to burst had gave him the toothache. The dentist gave him 5 day course of antibiotics and he has to see his own dentist this week. It’s one of his baby molars so a temporary filling should patch it up. So glad children get seen first as there was about 30 people in front of us when we arrived.

He was comfortable tucked in bed when in got home despite this terrible bark of a cough he has had that brought on his asthma attack over Easter
