SHAKY PYLON

Not much of an image - iphone, cold fingers and no glasses, hence the shoogle.

Biked to a business meeting for the first time today - felt terribly green - in both senses. Loved the ride though, through the crips autumnal air and through industrial parts of Paisley which are surprisingly green and full of wildlife, and the odd pylon.

To Glasgow Royal Infirmary in the evening to visit Big Brother No 2. who has had a heart attack but is looking well and seems cheerful. Typically he already had a fund of Chic Murrayesque tales to entertain us. Still feeling a bit shocked by the news and keeping everything crossed for him and the results of tests.
