Yellow Flowers

Today has been a tough day at work - I knew it would be though and I have an appointment with the psychologist tomorrow to talk things through and get some advice on how to handle it and how to cope. 

I still feel very unsettled and anxious tonight... It sort of creep in on me, when I am alone and not keeping busy.

But I had a lovely walk with the boys this afternoon and we are still enjoying all the little spring flowers.
