THE SWAN IN THE RIVER wESER
During the night it has rained hard, good for the plants I thought.
The start of the day was a bit colder and the sky covered, but later the weather improved.
I had some jobs to do in the garden. In the afternoon we walked down the hill into town. Never there had been so many constructions on their way.
The construction of a new bridge over the Weser, the re-opening of the harbour, and a dangerous slope along the motorway safer.
We walked around to see it all.
And stopped for a while to watch how enormous sandsacks were placed in the end of the lock, where the ducks and swan pair reside.
And where the big boats are moored.
I looked again at the silly images in the galleries and will give my first hearts to ExtraTime, Miranda1008, SandraSuisse, deanna_pearce, and gblrps.
