Mono Monday - patriotism

Its been a busy day.  Weather, some sun but lots of cloud and chilly.  Usual Monday walk with the U3A, housework and cooked a big lasagne.  Realised I'd not taken a photo for blip, so found this photo of my dad when he was in the army during WW2.  Can't imagine what it would have been like to go into war as a teenager and seen so many awful things.  What a lot we owe them
