Fence panels down

I went for a run first thing. Ben went to a fencing panel supplier at Heathrow to get new fence panels. He came back with just the posts because the attachments for the roof rack had rusted and he wasn't able to bring back the panels without them. The company will deliver them a week on Monday. It was another glorious day and Ben spent most of the day pulling down the old face and erecting the fence panels. The neighbours gave us a tour of their house. The builders have gutted it completely. 
Bibi and Penny spent the day revising. 
In the evening, my ear started to hurt. We had a bbq just before the heavy rain started.
Penny was woken up at midnight by the sound of water dripping. Water was dripping from the ceiling in Jack's bedroom. The builders working on next door have left a gaping hole in the roof.
