"Beneath the Orange Tree"

Having spent the day shopping and as well, trying to choose a new pair of specs (dreadful chore - the fashions change all the time it seems) - I didn't have the inclination to wander for a photo to put here - and so, it was out to the garden where I sat beneath our orange tree and even though our oranges are almost finished - this little shot I thought I would share with you.

And yes, they have been delicious. The variety is called 'Washington Navel', and have been so sweet, but smaller than last year's crop. Amazing isn't it what can develop from a beautiful little flower..
